USER AGREEMENT

This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions on which MoreStamps will provide Travel and tour Services to visitors or website users. 

 

All references to MoreStamps shall include “MoreStamps” “We” “Us” “Our” 

 

All references to User shall include “Users” “Your” “Your”

 

The use of MoreStamps is conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Agreement, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. For the avoidance of doubts, your continuous use of this MoreStamps indicate an express acceptance of the terms contained herein. You may not continue to use any service provided on this website if you do not agree with the terms contained in this Agreement. You understand that you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Vendor you select including terms and conditions provided on the Vendor’s Website. 

 

MoreStamps at its sole discretion, reserves the right not to accept any order placed by you through the website without assigning any reason thereof. Any contract to provide any service by MoreStamps is not complete until full money towards the service is received from you and accepted by us.

 

MODIFICATION

MoreStamps reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the Services are offered through the Website, including but not limited to the charges for the Services provided through the Website. The User shall be responsible for regularly checking these terms and conditions.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

The User hereby consents, expresses and agrees that it has read and fully understands the Privacy Policy of MoreStamps in respect of the Website. The User further consents that the terms and contents of such Privacy Policy are acceptable to him.

 

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

All payments made on this website shall be completed with crypto currencies. Any deposits from you are non-refundable. Payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the price. The price can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment and other travel documents have been issued, subject to any terms and conditions of the Vendor. We will advise you of the date that full payment is required. Upon your provision of your payment information, you are authorizing us to make the payment arrangements with the corresponding Vendors.

 

DOCUMENTATION

Our general practice is to send documents to our customers electronically whenever possible. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee should you make a request for such documents to be sent as a hard copy.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Your contract with your Vendors may allow them to cancel or amend bookings. If we are your Booking Agent, we will make sure to notify you of any significant changes once we become aware of such change if there is time before your departure, but we accept no liability for any changes or costs that may arise as a result. Where a change requested by you to your travel arrangements is permitted and possible, our standard service fees will apply in addition to any additional Vendor charges. 

 

Cancellation: If you cancel your arrangements, you may be entitled to a partial refund. In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of your Vendor(s), our standard fees will apply as may be outlined on your receipt or booking confirmation. We need to receive from you your original voucher before any applicable refund can be considered. If you decide to cancel arrangements before the balance due date, any deposits paid are non-refundable.

 

Refunds will only be paid to you once we have received the funds back from the Vendor(s). Generally flight tickets cannot be refunded if they are partially used. We are not responsible for a Vendor’s failure to pay a refund.

 

If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your travel insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim your cancellation charges through your insurer.

 

Complaint: If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant Vendor (e.g. your hotel) immediately. Should they be unable to resolve the matter, please immediately contact us at support@morestamps.global. 

 

Travel Documents and Destinations It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the details on your travel documents are correct to the best of your knowledge and as well, to inform of us in the event of any error or omission. It is solely your responsibility to keep your travel documents.

 

Compliance: It is solely your responsibility to comply with any applicable federal, state and local laws as may be applicable to tourist during your travel. 

 

Passport, Visa and Immigration Requirements It is your responsibility to fullfil the passport, visa and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies and/or consulates. We do not accept any responsibility in the case of you being unable to travel due to not complying with any such requirements.

 

Insurance: Travel insurance is a vital part of your arrangements. We strongly recommend that you have taken out adequate insurance for the duration of your journey. We may be able to arrange travel insurance to be provided to you, furnish you a quote, and answer any queries you may have regarding the insurance.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

We do not accept liability for any loss, damage or expense resulting from war or terrorist activities threatened or actual, civil unrest, industrial action threatened or actual, weather conditions, fire, flood, drought, closures, unforeseen alterations to public transport schedules, rescheduling of aircraft or boats, epidemic or outbreaks of illness or any other event outside our control which either delays or extends or reduces the trip, or compels a change in the trip arrangements after departure (“Force Majeure”).

 

CONTRAVENTION OF LAW

We will not be responsible for any loss or damage sustained by You as a result of a contravention of any law or regulation of any of the countries visited.

 

 

HEALTH AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS

If You have a medical condition or disability which may affect your travel, we ask that You inform us in writing at the time of booking the travel of any special arrangements required by You so that we are able to advise as to the suitability of those arrangements. If we reasonably feel we are unable to satisfactorily accommodate your particular needs, we reserve the right to decline the booking or ask for You to be accompanied by a person who is able to provide full assistance to You throughout your travel.

 

INDEMNITY

You hereby indemnify us against all third-party actions taken against us for loss or damage caused by You.

In the event of You making a claim against MoreStamps arising out of the trip, You hereby assign to us, any rights to take action against any third party supplier or any other person or party that MoreStamps reasonably considers to be a party to the action and to co-operate fully with MoreStamps should MoreStamps or its insurers wish to enforce those rights which have been assigned to MoreStamps.

 

GENERAL

No servant, agent, employee or representative of the Company has any right to alter, vary or waive any of these Conditions, nor undertake any activity likely to lead to increased liability whatsoever on behalf of MoreStamps unless such be in writing and signed by a duly authorised person.

 

All contracts for bookings made with MoreStamps, for trips on this website are governed by Hungarian laws and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Hungary, should any dispute between us not be otherwise amicably agreed.
